Fariba Moradgholi

Fariba is an artist. She is an impressionist painter based in San Diego, California. She is Persian - born and raised in Tehran, Iran. She discovered her passion for drawing and painting at a young age and began pursuing art seriously in her late teens. While earning her university degree in Social Sciences, she continued developing her artistic career, accepting commissioned portraits and custom paintings, and building a small art business alongside her studies. Over more than two decades, Fariba has created hundreds of original works and her artworks has been exhibited in both Iran and the United States. In 2017, Fariba moved to San Diego, where she continued expanding her artistic career while becoming actively involved in the local arts community. She is a member of the Spanish Village Art Center and the Southwestern Artists Association in Balboa Park. Her Paintings are inspired by emotion, memory, Poem, Coats, stories and ideas. Fariba teaches drawing and painting through Continuing Education, Emeritus program and also offers workshops and classes through the Spanish Village Art Center. She lives in San Diego with her husband, daughter, and their beloved dog, where she continues to paint, teach, and share her passion for art.
